Administrative Reception Specialist
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Reception Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments and handling package deliveries.
- Compose and distribute various forms of correspondence, including emails, memos, letters, and faxes.
- Assist in compiling and preparing routine reports.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Provide general assistance and support to visitors and staff.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with office operations and administrative procedures.
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
- Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional time management abilities with a focus on prioritizing tasks.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation:
Competitive pay rate of $25-26 per hour.
