Administrative Reception Specialist

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Reception Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments and handling package deliveries.
  • Compose and distribute various forms of correspondence, including emails, memos, letters, and faxes.
  • Assist in compiling and preparing routine reports.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
  • Provide general assistance and support to visitors and staff.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with office operations and administrative procedures.
  • Proficient in using office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
  • Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional time management abilities with a focus on prioritizing tasks.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

Competitive pay rate of $25-26 per hour.
