We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at 2Life Communities. As a key member of our community team, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our senior apartment community in Waltham, MA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Support: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
  • Administrative Support: Offer administrative and clerical support to the community team, including scheduling, correspondence, data entry, and file maintenance.
  • Reception Services: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff or department.
  • Package Management: Handle incoming packages, track inventory, and maintain office supplies.
  • Site Coordination: Coordinate site visits by contractors, vendors, and service providers, and support invoice processing.
  • Resident Services: Assist with new resident tours, distribute community information, and support compliance with regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a diverse population.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with fluency in Russian, Chinese, and Spanish a plus.
