Your primary role will involve fostering enduring client relationships and providing customized product solutions tailored to our customers' preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships to build a loyal clientele
  • Utilize consultative sales techniques to assist clients in selecting the perfect vehicle through effective questioning and attentive listening
  • Enhance your knowledge of luxury automotive products and sales skills to become an authority on offerings, customization options, and the latest features
  • Conduct polished and informative presentations of both new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business
  • Learn strategies to effectively manage objections and excel in sales situations
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager regarding targets, initiatives, performance assessments, and market insights
  • Approach each workday with enthusiasm and a positive attitude

  • Eagerness to quickly learn product details and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with both clients and colleagues
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Compensation:

  • We offer a competitive and progressive compensation structure. Our training program is designed to advance you from Tier 4 to Tier 1 based on your expertise, skills, potential, and determination. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply. While prior experience is not required, seasoned individuals will start at a higher pay level.
