Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated GUEST SERVICES AGENT to enhance our guest experience at Compass Group. This role is crucial in ensuring that guests receive exceptional service during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
  • Account Management: Ensure that all services and room charges are correctly reflected in guest statements.
  • Payment Processing: Assist guests with their payment methods, including credit cards and vouchers, while maintaining accurate records.
  • Information Provision: Provide guests with comprehensive information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Guest Requests: Address special requests from guests and coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill these needs.
  • Communication: Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries, ensuring all messages are relayed accurately.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handle guest complaints effectively, escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Emergency Assistance: Be prepared to assist guests in emergency situations, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Front Desk Maintenance: Maintain a well-stocked and organized front desk area, ensuring all equipment is functional.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks as assigned by management to support the overall operations of the hotel.
