Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist plays a vital role in supporting the HR function at TEEMA, working closely with department leaders to manage day-to-day HR operations. This position is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, compliance, and HR policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and select top talent to join the TEEMA team.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships with employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to drive employee growth and development.
  • Onboarding: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to state and federal employment laws, standards, and best practices.
  • HR Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience (or equal combination of education and experience).
  • General knowledge of state and federal employment laws, standards, and best practices.
  • Comfort with HR technologies and standard office software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to adapt in a changing work environment and remain calm in volatile situations.
  • Exceptional listening, reading, communication, and problem-solving skills.
