  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees, management, and HR personnel on employee relations, conflicts, and performance issues.

  • HR Systems: Manage HR systems, including employee data, performance management, and time-off tracking.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus.
