**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist/Intake Coordinator to join our team at Dexian. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls, conducting case intake, and providing consultation on general policy questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls and conduct case intake from a queue for 6-8 hours per day
- Provide consultation on general policy questions and drive resolution for less complex cases
- Identify cases requiring escalation and complete required documentation
- Answer basic questions and refer managers to the correct Employee Relations Tools or resources as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to quickly build rapport, ask probing questions, and take thorough notes while talking to inquirers
- Time management in controlling the call (fast-paced environment)
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation in case management system
