HVAC Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Business Development Representative to join our team at PrideStaff. As an outside sales professional, you will be responsible for establishing new customer relationships and expanding our footprint within the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and communication skills, with a proven track record of success in sales environments. You will be required to stay up-to-date on existing and emerging products through regular training sessions and actively seek opportunities to introduce these products to clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Expanding and maintaining a database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Proactively seeking new customers and researching potential clients/accounts to identify key players
- Using active listening skills to gain knowledge of client needs and introducing relevant products accordingly
- Generating profitable sales orders and successfully closing, onboarding, and retaining accounts using sales and customer service processes
