Position Overview:

The role of the Senior Partner Sales Executive is pivotal in advancing our indirect sales channel through strategic partnerships that align with Genesys' revenue objectives. This position is focused on cultivating key partnerships, generating opportunities, and successfully closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic direction and vision for partner relationships, including conducting Quarterly Business Reviews and managing all deal-level communications.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives and event sponsorships, ensuring effective execution and activity reporting.
  • Showcase the unique value proposition of Genesys to partners and internally within the organization.
  • Maintain accountability for partner performance against established KPIs, including sales training and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience for partners, enhancing their engagement with Genesys products.
  • Support sales teams and partners in resolving any challenges that arise during the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing multiple partner relationships effectively.
  • A minimum of 5 years in sales management or direct sales roles.
  • Familiarity with customer experience (CX), contact center as a service (CCaaS), or artificial intelligence (AI) is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, opportunity qualification, and accurate forecasting.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
