Sales Executive, Motorsports & Outdoor - Remote

Bonnier LLC is seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Executive to enhance our expanding portfolio in the Motorsports & Outdoor sector.

  • Creation and sale of innovative event sponsorships to both niche and broader market brands
  • Sales of exhibition space to a variety of businesses across multiple sectors
  • Supports premier events such as the Sand Sports Super Show, Off Road Expo, and Street Machine Nationals
  • Flexible remote work environment
  • Reports directly to the Vice President of Motorsports and Outdoor

  • Highly motivated and proactive; a self-starter with ambition
  • Strong creative and analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Resourceful with excellent skills in prospecting and lead generation
  • Proficient in consultative sales aimed at achieving defined sales targets
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales and marketing teams
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in the Motorsports and/or Outdoor events sector

Core Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a client portfolio for the Motorsports event segment, securing orders and establishing new accounts through various outreach methods
  • Tailor sales presentations to align with client needs and expectations
  • Collaborate with event marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions
  • Process orders using Bonnier's Insertion Orders and Event Contracts
  • Keep management updated by submitting activity and results reports; participate in weekly sales meetings to monitor progress towards goals
  • Conduct competitive analysis by gathering current information on pricing and products
  • Address customer concerns by investigating issues and developing effective solutions
  • Coordinate with sales fulfillment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Demonstrate teamwork by promoting other Bonnier properties to interested clients
  • Assist in fulfilling sales commitments, including on-site management and client interactions during events

About You:

  • Residency in CA, CT, FL, IL, IN, KS, MA, MN, NY, NC, OH, or WI is required
  • Understanding of events and their deliverables
  • Aptitude for leveraging a channel strategy with Bonnier's diverse assets
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills are essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative on projects
  • Willingness to travel and work on weekends as needed
