Position Overview

As a Sales and Marketing Associate at Florida Paints, you will play a crucial role in developing and communicating impactful branding messages and materials for our diverse range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team in fulfilling client requests for promotional materials (e.g., apparel, brochures).
- Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
- Assist in product labeling and sales support requests (e.g., business cards, yard signs).

- Organize and oversee trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events, managing logistics, booth setup, and follow-up activities in partnership with the Director of Marketing.

- Work with the sales enablement team to address existing and new project requests.
- Enhance processes and procedures to improve sales team efficiency and access.
- Partner with the field sales team to collect content before and after project completion.
- Manage and distribute general marketing support materials, including giveaways and co-branded merchandise.
- Oversee the distribution of color tools, such as color racks, fan decks, and color cards.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database to ensure accurate tracking of leads, sales, and customer interactions.

- Coordinate the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

- Provide color renderings and digital color books as required.
- Assist store operations with merchandising requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software is essential.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Suite is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Strong presentation skills are a must.
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Must pass background and drug testing as per federal and/or state regulations.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch.

- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

- Required to stand, walk, and sit; communicate in person and by telephone; use hands to manipulate objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
