Primary Responsibilities:
- Enhance sales within designated accounts by promoting our diverse range of products and services.
- Identify and develop new markets and client relationships.
- Build and sustain relationships with various departments within client organizations.
- Execute sales strategies aimed at driving business expansion.
- Effectively utilize essential tools to monitor progress and manage orders.
- Deliver prompt customer support and resolve issues efficiently.
- Engage in training sessions and sales meetings.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or account management is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to convey technical information to a variety of audiences.
- Self-driven with a genuine enthusiasm for sales.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Effective prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with pumps, motors, valves, and filtration systems is advantageous.
- A background as a field service technician is a plus.
- Experience in the Fluid Power sector is beneficial.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is desirable.
- Fluid Power Certification is a plus.
- Certification from HVAC Tech School would be an asset.
