Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform objections into opportunities by identifying and addressing potential challenges such as budget constraints, timelines, stakeholder concerns, competition, and other pain points.
  • Engage in proactive outreach through cold calls and emails to prospective clients, arrange face-to-face sales meetings, and follow up on inquiries for information.
  • Finalize sales by crafting, presenting, and negotiating tailored solutions for your prospects.
  • Conduct competitive analyses, recognize industry and product trends, and position our offerings as the premier choice in the market.
  • Surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets while achieving sales and lead generation activity goals to secure ongoing business.
  • Maintain accurate records in bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer files to effectively report progress towards monthly and quarterly sales goals to stakeholders.
  • Execute proven sales strategies and tactics to sustain and expand existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal clients.
  • Invest time in understanding the needs and priorities of new and potential clients, evaluating their financial situations, and recommending suitable insurance plans that align with their unique requirements.
  • Formulate and present risk management strategies tailored to each client based on their risk profiles.
  • Stay informed about insurance industry standards and policy changes to ensure compliance with all policy requirements, while monitoring claims to guarantee mutual satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication abilities.
  • Preferred background in the industry or product knowledge, with a minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in outside sales is preferred.
  • Team-oriented, organized, self-motivated individual with a focus on service, attention to detail, problem-solving, and meeting deadlines.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Sales experience with a proactive mindset is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine desire to assist others.
  • Strong business insight.
  • Resilience in overcoming challenges.
  • Ability to engage with the community and utilize personal networks.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Compensation: $65,000+ at plan
