Seattle, Washington, United States Boundless Immigration Full time
Job OverviewAbout Boundless Immigration

At Boundless Immigration, we are a dedicated team of immigrants and specialists who have navigated the intricate U.S. immigration landscape. Our mission is to create customer-focused products and services that serve as the go-to resource for families throughout their immigration process and the initial decade of their new life in a different country.

As the leading entity in the family immigration sector, we assist countless families each year in realizing their aspirations, establishing a brand in an industry that has historically lacked one.

We are supported by prominent venture capitalists nationwide, including Foundry Group, Emerson Collective, Pioneer Square Labs, Two Sigma Ventures, Trilogy Equity Partners, and Jerry Yang, positioning us well for future growth.

Your Role

In your capacity as the Senior Immigration Counsel, you will serve as the main legal and strategic advisor for a select group of partnership clients, significantly influencing their immigration experiences. This role transcends the conventional immigration attorney position; we are a rapidly expanding, technology-driven organization that values innovation and efficiency. You will have the authority to make significant decisions, spearhead strategic projects, and collaborate with various teams to ensure our clients successfully navigate their immigration journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Strategy and Advisory: Act as the primary legal contact for clients and business partners, offering expert advice on immigration issues. Craft customized strategies for each partnership and client, optimizing success rates.
  • Case Management: Establish legal strategies and conduct thorough reviews for both non-immigrant (Investor E-2, O-1, New Office L-1A) and immigrant visa matters (EB-1A I-140, EB-2NIW I-140, EB-5 I-526). Experience with H-2B cases is advantageous but not mandatory. Review and endorse casework prepared by our legal and support teams prior to submission, ensuring precision and compliance with legal standards. Leverage our proprietary technology platform to improve case management efficiency and client interactions.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain a high level of communication with partners and clients.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner with Project Managers, Support Representatives, Data Review Specialists, Case Production Specialists, and other internal teams to enhance client experiences. Contribute to standardization efforts to improve consistency across the organization.
  • Continuous Development: Stay informed about the latest immigration trends and legal updates, integrating new insights into client strategies and internal practices. Participate in training and help develop best practices within the team.
Qualifications
  • Legal Proficiency: You possess 3-6 years of immigration law experience with the relevant case types and a comprehensive understanding of immigration regulations. You have a successful history of managing a diverse range of immigration cases.
  • Effective Communicator: Your outstanding verbal and written communication skills allow you to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and engagingly.
  • Client-Focused Advocate: Your commitment to exceptional client service drives you to exceed expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Innovative Thinker: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, embracing challenges and opportunities with a proactive approach.
  • Team-Oriented Leader: You excel in cross-functional collaboration, fostering strong relationships and achieving collective goals.
  • Adaptable and Resilient: You are comfortable navigating uncertainty and rapid changes while maintaining focus and delivering results.
  • Tech-Savvy: You utilize technology to streamline processes and enhance the client experience.
