We are seeking a talented attorney to support our cutting-edge machine learning and artificial intelligence initiatives. As a Senior Corporate Counsel, you will be the primary point-of-contact for commercial transactions and strategic partnerships related to AI.
Key Responsibilities- Provide input on business and strategy related to AI, including issues of first impression.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.
- Support the development of AI-related products and services.
- 10+ years of legal experience.
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
- Experience in technology and commercial transactions or businesses.
- Experience working closely with senior executives.

CompensationOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $164,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $272,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
