KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Leverage industry benchmarking data and analytical skills to discern market trends and evaluate innovative strategies that drive exceptional performance.

• Oversee comprehensive sales training initiatives, crafting content, processes, and procedures that align with the organization's strategic goals and performance metrics.

• Develop onboarding sales strategies for new team members and facilitate ongoing training and development for the sales team.

• Identify, promote, and implement best practices across the sales organization.

• Establish a robust framework for measuring sales talent and succession planning.

• Collaborate with Operations to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, ensuring consistent reporting and accountability through key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Optimize the capabilities of existing CRM platforms to enhance revenue generation.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:


• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales management with a strong ability to lead teams.

• Minimum of five years of experience in the Seniors Housing Industry in a supervisory capacity.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong teamwork and community relations abilities.

• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and make informed decisions.

• Effective time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and resolving conflicts under pressure.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

• Professional demeanor with a personable approach.
