Job Overview

The Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in driving B2B lead generation efforts, actively engaging potential clients through diverse communication channels to guide them through the sales process. This position requires close collaboration with the Outside Sales Representative and Customer Service Representative to effectively convert leads into successful sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: The following list outlines the primary duties associated with this role, though it may be subject to expansion based on management's discretion:

  • Execute targeted B2B cold calling and email outreach campaigns to cultivate new business leads, aiming for 80 to 100 quality calls weekly.
  • Continuously enhance and modify strategies based on performance feedback and results.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to address client inquiries effectively.
  • Qualify leads, identify key decision-makers, and gather essential information through various channels and our CRM system.
  • Utilize CRM systems to document and monitor leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with the Outside Sales Representative to strategize client visits and achieve or surpass weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Learn and adhere to the CFS Quality Policy.
  • Follow established policies and procedures diligently.
  • Pursue personal development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
  • Foster positive relationships with visitors, customers, and colleagues.
  • Uphold a high level of confidentiality regarding all matters related to Custom Fabricating & Supplies.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
