Role Overview

We are seeking an Outreach Specialist to represent our company. This role involves engaging with multifamily property owners and managers, crafting communication materials, conducting thorough property research, and delivering outstanding customer service. The position is primarily based in the Denver Metropolitan Area, with opportunities for flexible remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new partnerships with multifamily property owners and managers.
  • Foster and maintain existing relationships through networking with real estate professionals, housing authorities, and local housing collaborations.
  • Communicate program details and procedures effectively.
  • Achieve program enrollment targets.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and project developments.
  • Local travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening and presentation capabilities.
  • Sales approach focused on relationship building.
  • Ability to engage with diverse communities effectively.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Environmental Studies, or a related discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Knowledge of energy efficiency programs is advantageous.
  • Experience with multifamily properties and/or real estate professionals is highly valued.
  • Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Experience selling to property owners or executive-level decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with technology tools, including CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and mobile devices.
