Role Overview

We are seeking an Outreach Specialist to represent our company. This role involves engaging with multifamily property owners and managers, crafting communication materials, conducting property research, and delivering outstanding customer service. The position is primarily based in the Denver Metropolitan Area, with options for remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new partnerships with multifamily property owners and managers.
  • Foster existing relationships through networking with real estate professionals, housing authorities, and local housing partnerships.
  • Communicate program details and processes effectively.
  • Achieve program enrollment targets.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and project developments.
  • Local travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent listening and presentation abilities.
  • Sales approach focused on relationship building.

Preferred Background

  • Experience with multifamily properties and/or real estate professionals is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience selling to property owners or C-Suite decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with technology tools, including CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and mobile devices.
