Role Overview
We are looking for an Outreach Specialist to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will represent the company and be tasked with engaging multifamily property owners and managers. Your responsibilities will include crafting communication materials, conducting thorough property research, and delivering outstanding customer service. This position will primarily operate within the Denver Metropolitan Area, with opportunities for remote work flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new partnerships with multifamily property owners and management teams.
- Foster and maintain relationships through networking with real estate professionals, housing authorities, and local housing coalitions.
- Communicate program details and procedures effectively.
- Achieve program enrollment targets.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and project developments.
- Local travel may be necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening and presentation capabilities.
- Sales approach focused on relationship building.
- Ability to connect with diverse communities.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Environmental Studies, or a related discipline.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Knowledge of energy efficiency programs is advantageous.
- Experience with multifamily properties and/or real estate professionals is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales goals.
- Experience selling to property owners or C-Suite executives.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Familiarity with technology tools, including CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and mobile devices.
