Role Overview

We are currently seeking an Outreach Specialist to enhance our outreach efforts. This role serves as the primary representative of the organization, tasked with engaging multifamily property owners and managers, crafting communication materials, conducting property assessments, and ensuring outstanding customer support. The position will primarily operate within the Denver Metropolitan Area, with options for remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new partnerships with multifamily property owners and management teams.
  • Foster and sustain existing relationships through networking with real estate professionals, housing authorities, and local housing coalitions.
  • Clearly articulate program details and procedures.
  • Achieve program enrollment objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales initiatives and project developments.
  • Travel within the local area may be necessary.

Qualifications

  • Sales approach focused on relationship building.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Knowledge of energy efficiency programs is advantageous.
  • Experience with multifamily properties and/or real estate professionals is highly valued.
  • Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales goals.
  • Experience selling to property owners or executive-level decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management tools.
  • Competence with technology tools, including CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and mobile devices.
