Our team is dedicated to enhancing shareholder value through effective communication of ServiceNow's strategy, financial performance, and operational insights to the financial community, including shareholders and research analysts. Furthermore, we aim to provide our management team with a deeper understanding of ServiceNow's market positioning and emerging trends by analyzing financial research and data regarding ServiceNow, its competitors, and the industry.

  • Deliver ongoing insights to the executive and management teams regarding investor feedback, perceptions, competitive intelligence from equity research, stock price movements, and periodic ownership analysis.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Communications, and Legal teams to craft the company's messaging for the financial community, including earnings calls, investor presentations at conferences, and non-deal roadshows.
  • Support the quarterly earnings results process, including scheduling and content for strategic news releases.
  • Travel with management to investor conferences and non-deal roadshows.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of business drivers and metrics; identify and track key themes and topics for investor discussions to inform our team and executives about emerging trends.
  • Build models and utilize data analysis to comprehend complex relationships, identify key trends, and gain insights into our revenue and expense line items, drivers, and scalability.
  • Conduct competitive and strategic analysis on ServiceNow, its peers, and the industry, as well as buy/sell-side trends to keep management informed about market conditions and investor perspectives on ServiceNow.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in an investor relations capacity at a public software or internet company, or as an analyst at a sell-side equity research or buy-side investment firm.
  • Strong financial and analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret financial information and concepts for both the investment community and management, applying them in business analysis scenarios.
  • A demonstrated understanding of technology and business models, along with a desire and capacity to learn about our industry, products, competitors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel; experience with financial research tools such as FactSet and/or Capital IQ is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to balance competing priorities and adapt to the evolving needs of the business while meeting deadlines. Strong project management skills are essential for managing time-sensitive projects.
  • A self-starter attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • The ability to work cross-functionally to gather relevant information for investor communications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • A consistent track record of success and professional growth.
