We are seeking a seasoned finance expert to oversee our Corporate Finance (FP&A) division. In the capacity of Senior Manager, you will drive sophisticated financial planning, budgeting, and reporting efforts that are crucial to our executive decision-making processes. This position is tailored for individuals with a robust analytical foundation and exceptional skills in financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • FP&A Governance: Develop and uphold governance standards for all FP&A operations, including comprehensive timelines for earnings reports, Board presentations, and fiscal forecasts. Design and maintain methodologies and processes for the FP&A team's data organization and accessibility.
  • Tool Management: Serve as the primary authority and specialist of the Pigment FP&A tool, ensuring the structure and accuracy of financial data within the platform.
  • Investor Relations Collaboration: Oversee the preparation and communication of financial results for investor relations, including earnings figures and consensus analysis, guaranteeing clarity and precision.
  • Corporate Financial Modeling: Manage stock-based compensation, collaborate on long-term model assumptions, key drivers, and performance indicators.
  • Process Improvement: Lead ongoing enhancements of financial processes to ensure alignment with corporate goals, maximizing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Financial Forecasting: Partner with FP&A to create comprehensive financial forecasts and budgets that align with the company's strategic vision.
  • Reporting Development: Direct the production of financial reports and presentations that deliver insightful analysis to senior management and the Board.
  • Reporting Design: Improve the visibility and accessibility of financial reports and dashboards, focusing on visual design to support enhanced decision-making across all organizational levels.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in finance, ideally within the SaaS sector, with a proven history in Corporate FP&A in a publicly traded company.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial processes, data architectures, and systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data manipulation using Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools such as NetSuite and Pigment.
  • Expertise in managing large datasets utilizing SQL and Python.
  • Outstanding analytical and communication abilities, capable of articulating complex financial concepts clearly and convincingly. Experience in visual design of dashboards and reporting.
  • Strong initiative and the capacity to operate independently as a strategic contributor.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and influence decisions across various management tiers.
  • Recognized as a trusted advisor with a strong capacity to guide strategic decision-making and execution.
