Position Overview:
We are seeking a Head of Investor Relations to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Investor Relations & Strategic Finance, representing NVIDIA to institutional investors and the broader financial community. Your mission will be to convey one of the most compelling narratives in technology, bridging the realms of artificial intelligence, computer graphics, autonomous driving, and robotics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Articulate NVIDIA's financial performance, technological advancements, vision, and strategic direction to ensure market transparency and positioning.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships within the investor community, fostering open and effective communication.
  • Provide education and updates to investors and analysts by crafting balanced and consistent investment messaging in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Proactively engage with existing and potential investors through various channels, including phone calls, company visits, and industry conferences.
  • Offer external insights and modeling to inform NVIDIA's financial and market opportunity assessments.
  • Assist in managing quarterly earnings releases and conference calls, including the development of key themes and issues, and collaborating with executive staff on communication strategies.
  • Work alongside corporate communications, financial reporting, marketing, legal, and executive teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.
  • Monitor and provide insights to the executive team regarding significant developments within NVIDIA's ecosystem.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with a strong academic background.
  • 15+ years of experience in buy-side or sell-side equity research with a focus on technology.
  • 4+ years of experience in people management.
  • Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and valuation analysis.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both written and verbal communication at an executive level.
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Ability to convey complex technical information in an accessible manner.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, often managing multiple projects across various functional areas.
  • Willingness to be highly responsive to accommodate market hours and engage with East Coast-based investors.
  • Occasional travel may be required for investor conferences and company events.
