Key Responsibilities:

  • FP&A Governance: Develop and uphold governance for all FP&A functions, including comprehensive timelines for earnings disclosures, Board presentations, and fiscal forecasts. Establish and refine processes and methodologies for the FP&A team's data organization and accessibility.
  • Tool Ownership: Serve as the primary authority and specialist for the Pigment FP&A tool, ensuring the structure and accuracy of financial data within the platform.
  • Investor Relations Collaboration: Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial results for investor relations, including earnings figures and consensus comparisons, guaranteeing transparency and precision.
  • Corporate Financial Modeling: Manage stock-based compensation, collaborate on long-term model assumptions, drivers, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Process Improvement: Supervise the ongoing enhancement of financial processes to ensure alignment with corporate goals, maximizing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Work closely with FP&A to create comprehensive financial forecasts and budgets that align with the company’s strategic vision.
  • Financial Reporting: Lead the development of financial reports and presentations that deliver insightful analysis to senior executives and the Board.
  • Reporting Design: Improve the visibility and accessibility of financial reports and dashboards, focusing on visual design to support enhanced decision-making at all organizational levels.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in finance, ideally within the SaaS sector, with a proven history in Corporate FP&A in a publicly traded company.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial processes, data structures, and systems.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and data manipulation using Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools such as NetSuite and Pigment.
  • Proficient in managing large datasets with SQL and Python.
  • Outstanding analytical and communication abilities, capable of articulating complex financial information clearly and persuasively. Experience in visual design of dashboards and reporting.
  • Strong initiative and the capacity to operate independently as a strategic contributor.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and influence decisions across various management levels.
  • Recognized as a trusted advisor with a strong capability to guide strategic decision-making and execution.
