We are seeking a seasoned finance expert to oversee our Corporate Finance (FP&A) division. In the role of Senior Manager, you will drive sophisticated financial planning, budgeting, and reporting efforts that play a crucial role in our executive decision-making processes. This position is suited for individuals with a robust analytical foundation and advanced skills in financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
- FP&A Governance: Develop and uphold governance protocols for all FP&A functions, including comprehensive timelines for earnings disclosures, Board presentations, and fiscal planning/forecasts. Design and sustain processes and methodologies for the FP&A team's data organization and accessibility.
- Tool Ownership: Serve as the primary authority and specialist of the Pigment FP&A platform, ensuring the structure and accuracy of financial data within the system.
- Investor Relations Collaboration: Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial results for investor relations, including earnings figures and consensus analysis, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Corporate Financial Modeling: Engage in stock-based compensation modeling, collaborating on long-term model assumptions, key drivers, and performance indicators.
- Process Improvement: Supervise the ongoing enhancement of financial processes to ensure alignment with corporate goals, maximizing efficiency and accuracy.
- Forecast and Budget Development: Partner with FP&A to create comprehensive financial forecasts and budgets that align with the company's strategic vision.
- Financial Reporting: Lead the development of financial reports and presentations that deliver insightful analysis to senior leadership and the Board.
- Reporting Design: Improve the visibility and accessibility of financial reports and dashboards, focusing on visual design to support enhanced decision-making across all levels.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in finance, ideally within the SaaS sector, with a proven history in Corporate FP&A in a publicly traded company.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial processes, data frameworks, and systems.
- Expertise in financial modeling and data analysis using Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools such as NetSuite and Pigment.
- Proficient in managing large datasets with SQL and Python.
- Outstanding analytical and communication abilities, capable of presenting complex financial information in a clear and convincing manner. Experience in visual design of dashboards and reporting.
- Strong initiative and the capacity to operate independently as a strategic contributor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and influence decisions across various management levels.
- Recognized as a trusted advisor with a strong capability to guide strategic decision-making and execution.
