Job Title: Business Development- Lease

Join the Midwest Peterbilt Group as a Business Development- Lease professional and take on the exciting challenge of renting and leasing full maintenance commercial equipment within an assigned market area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a market plan to increase rental and lease sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Conduct market research and gather data to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with the Lease & Rental Manager to develop promotional ideas and marketing campaigns
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Manage rental inventory and ensure timely delivery of equipment to customers
  • Process rental and lease transactions, including paperwork and follow-up
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Moderate to intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Work Environment:
