Business Development Lease Specialist

Join the Midwest Peterbilt Group as a Business Development- Lease professional and take on the exciting challenge of renting and leasing full maintenance commercial equipment within an assigned market area.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a market plan to increase rental and lease sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
- Conduct market research and gather data to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with the Lease & Rental Manager to develop promotional ideas and marketing campaigns
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Manage rental inventory and ensure timely delivery of equipment to customers
- Process rental and lease transactions, including paperwork and follow-up
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Moderate to intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
The Business Development- Lease professional will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, prospects, and colleagues on a daily basis.
