Business to Business Partner/Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new business customers to increase sales and drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and networking.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and business performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven sales experience with retail and/or business customers, with a strong track record of building relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and business results.
