About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Nyberg's ACE. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing customers, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, and be able to communicate their value to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales goals, share knowledge and best practices, and support each other in achieving success.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent education required; additional relevant education preferred.
  • Experience: Demonstrated sales experience, preferably with retail and/or business customers.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to build and maintain client relationships; strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs.), and climb.
