Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee scientific partnerships with prominent institutions, facilitating collaborative projects that lead to publications, grant applications, and patent submissions.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with influential thought leaders in the field.
- Work closely with internal development teams and research collaborators to evaluate and test new prototypes and products, ensuring the successful integration of innovative technologies and workflows.

Qualifications:
- PhD in Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in radiotherapy is essential. Preferred candidates will have research experience in IGRT, artificial intelligence, adaptive radiotherapy, automated treatment planning, and MRgRT, along with a strong publication record.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and teamwork skills, complemented by a proactive attitude.
- Ability to take initiative and lead projects within a multidisciplinary global team.
- A strong desire to learn, ask questions, and creatively solve complex challenges.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including occasional international trips.
