Job Overview

This role as a Campaign Optimization Analyst is a key part of our Digital Experience team, responsible for partnering with the Data team to analyze the success and efficiency of marketing and email campaigns related to our WebEx suite of products.

As a member of this team, you will draw insights from data to inform decisions on how to optimize campaigns for better performance. This will involve daily activities such as audience segmentation, campaign audience profiling, and optimization of digital experience through campaign performance analysis.

We are investing in digital customer experiences to grow our market share for SaaS-based Collaboration business globally. As a Campaign Analyst, you will help drive this effort by analyzing campaign metrics, reading results, and tying back to performance. You will also be responsible for consumer email marketing, understanding the relationship between communications sent out and outcomes, and presenting findings to senior leadership.

This is a dynamic team that brings together a mix of backgrounds and disciplines to deliver innovative, adaptive experiences for customers. We are looking for someone who can bring new ideas to life and help us drive adoption and learning through omni-channel digital lifecycle motions and campaigns with rich content spanning email, social, in-product, and web channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze campaign metrics and performance data to inform optimization decisions
  • Develop and maintain audience segmentation and campaign audience profiling
  • Optimize digital experience through campaign performance analysis
  • Collaborate with the Data team to access data on campaign success and efficiency
  • Present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements:
