- Identify and resolve problems, utilizing appropriate resources and seeking assistance when needed.
- Maintain accurate records, including CAP surveys and NETS reports.
- Inventory and order laboratory supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Perform customer service duties, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- High school graduate with phlebotomy training.
- At least 1 year of laboratory experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and precision in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 3 years of laboratory experience, preferably in a leadership role.
