As a Sales Finance Development Specialist, you'll participate in a comprehensive program designed to equip you with the skills and competencies necessary to excel in selling Individual Insurance products. You will actively contribute to classroom discussions, participate in goal setting sessions, and progress evaluation meetings.

You'll demonstrate appropriate skills and pass a sales process competency test. Direct sales experience in marketing Individual Insurance products to clients is invaluable, and you'll cultivate strong relationships with internal business partners while acquiring an in-depth understanding of our product offerings.

The role requires high self-motivation and results-orientation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Travel may be up to 50% of the work period, and you must hold and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license and have access to reliable transportation to attend appointments and meetings.
