**Key Responsibilities:**
- Customer Service: Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner, answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, and assist customers with inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information.
- Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk area and maintain a neat and organized appearance, handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, and schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and other tasks.
**Requirements:**
- Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Organization and Multitasking: Strong organization and multitasking abilities are necessary to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Availability: Availability to work full-time on-site is required.
