Front Desk Coordinator

Sollis Health is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our concierge clinics, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting and Registration: Welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Administrative Support: Manage patient accounts, schedule appointments, and perform daily schedule reconciliations.
- COVID Screening and Temperature Checks: Conduct temperature checks and COVID screening questions to ensure a safe environment.
- Inventory Management: Restock supplies, check inventory, and partner with the inventory coordinator to order necessary items.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Address patient questions and concerns in a timely manner, escalating issues as needed.
- Education: Associate's degree or higher required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of previous hospitality and/or medical office experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills, with the ability to learn new technology quickly.
$25-$28 per hour (New York City candidates only). Actual pay may vary based on experience, location, and other factors.
