Position Overview:
As a full-time Pediatric Clinical Dietitian, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team at Penn State Health, focusing on the nutritional needs of our young patients, particularly in the pediatric oncology unit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of nutritional status for pediatric patients.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nursing staff, to optimize dietary intake.
- Engage with families to educate and support them in nutritional choices for their children.
- Evaluate patients for potential tube feeding and parenteral nutrition requirements.
- Participate in educational opportunities with medical students, residents, and fellows.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics or a related field is required.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience is necessary.
- Must be a Registered Dietitian or eligible for registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Licensure as a Dietitian Nutritionist in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure is required.
