POSITION OVERVIEW

The Patient Engagement Specialist (PES) serves as a key representative, undertaking a range of essential tasks to support leadership and healthcare teams in achieving departmental and organizational objectives related to patient satisfaction.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Patient Relations or Patient Experience is essential.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the healthcare sector and familiarity with hospital operations is preferred.
  • Understanding of patient satisfaction metrics and patient experience principles is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Patient Relations processes is beneficial.
  • Background in customer service is a plus.
