Patient Engagement Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Patient Engagement Specialist (PES) serves as a key representative, undertaking a range of essential tasks to support leadership and healthcare teams in achieving departmental and organizational objectives related to patient satisfaction.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor's degree is mandatory. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Patient Relations or Patient Experience is essential.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in the healthcare sector and hospital operations is advantageous. Familiarity with patient satisfaction metrics and patient experience methodologies is preferred.
