- Showcase or illustrate product and service offerings utilizing available resources
- Draft sales agreements for clients and liaise with pertinent departments
- Leverage CRM tools to strategize and document sales initiatives
- Remain informed about current and upcoming products and technologies
- Engage in sales strategy and evaluation sessions
- Participate in sales gatherings, training sessions, trade exhibitions, or other industry-related functions
- Collaborate with team members from other departments working on the same account
- Communicate competitive landscape and customer insights to management
- Adapt effectively to changes and manage assigned responsibilities
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of sales experience in the residential sector
- Comprehensive product knowledge of relevant offerings
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong negotiation and sales acumen
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Effective time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Proficient in reading and interpreting business documents
Physical Demands:
- Role is primarily sedentary (75%)
- Ability to operate in environments around construction sites
- Capability to lift, carry, and transport materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Required travel to client locations within a designated geographic area
