Essential Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the residential sector
  • Comprehensive product knowledge of relevant offerings
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong negotiation and sales acumen
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Effective time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting business documents

Physical Demands:


  • Role is primarily sedentary (75%)
  • Ability to operate in environments around construction sites
  • Capability to lift, carry, and transport materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Required travel to client locations within a designated geographic area
