About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to join our Enterprise team at Smithville Communications. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Optimize Growth Marketing Strategies: Create and implement data-driven marketing strategies to achieve customer acquisition and sales goals.
  • Drive Targeted Demand Efforts: Develop and execute omnichannel marketing experiences to drive targeted demand for various revenue segments.
  • Manage Digital Campaigns: Develop and execute digital campaigns from strategy to execution, improving conversion rates and campaign performance.
  • Implement a Testing Framework: Develop and implement a testing framework to enhance performance across channels and vendors.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations: Collaborate with marketing operations to report on campaign effectiveness and ensure results.
Decision-Making Responsibilities
  • Selecting and Timing Marketing Tactics: Select and time marketing tactics to achieve business objectives.
  • Planning Market Strategies: Plan market strategies for new products and services.
  • Collaborating with Teammates: Collaborate with teammates and engage stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Managing the Marketing Budget: Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources to achieve business objectives.
Success Metrics
  • Customer Retention: Measure customer retention and loyalty.
  • Improved Conversion Rates: Measure and improve conversion rates across digital channels.
  • Increased Customer Engagement: Measure and increase customer engagement across digital channels.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business-related field.
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Analytics.
  • Experience Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience Planning and Scheduling Marketing Activities: Experience planning and scheduling marketing activities to support revenue objectives.
  • Excellent Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills to work to deadlines for both short-term and year-long projects.
  • Ability to Execute, Measure, and Report Results: Ability to execute, measure, and report results, and adjust activities to achieve continuous improvement.
  • Excellent B2C Marketing Skills: Excellent B2C marketing skills, including selling and communication, listening and negotiation, time management.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license and good driving record.
