As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the evolution and maturity of our business intelligence lifecycle, from data collection and transformation to analysis and visualization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction, solution architecture, and approach to business intelligence project teams, promoting self-service BI and launching a new Analytics Community of Practice.
  • Lead a team of offshore contractors who perform managed services, project delivery work, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Drive a culture of self-service BI and thought leadership through experience and expertise.
  • Ensure data governance and data quality standards are met throughout the data lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field required; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Seven+ years of proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role, with a strong track record of leading global BI initiatives.
  • Leadership experience, with a history of working across multiple geographies with teams located in different geographies.
  • Life Sciences industry experience, required.
  • Experience with GxP processes, required.
  • Familiarity with Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services relevant to data management and analytics.
