About Us

Elite Sports Clubs is a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Night Shift Supervisor to oversee our operations during late-night shifts. Our team strives for exceptional customer service delivery, and we believe this role will play a pivotal part in achieving our goal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, handling member and guest feedback, and collaborating with management to identify areas for improvement. With the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, our ideal candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, making them an excellent fit for our collaborative work environment.

Salary and Benefits

Estimated Salary: $25-$30 per hour based on industry standards and considering the location and requirements of the position.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff across all departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Handle member and guest feedback and complaints professionally, seeking resolution and providing follow-up as needed.
  • Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance member satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a collaborative leader in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a fitness or recreation setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with staff at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software applications.
