Job Description

As a key member of our Branches & Operations division, you will be responsible for providing premium service directly to our customers through various channels, including phone, app, or direct interaction at our SIXT branches.

Your Role
  • You will welcome all customers upon arrival and gather feedback to improve their future rental experience.
  • Attention to detail is crucial as you ensure customers take all personal belongings, discreetly check vehicles for damage, and direct any issues to the appropriate channels.
  • You will advise customers on rental charges and provide an accurate receipt, ensuring a clear and customer-focused process.
  • Vehicle management is also essential, where you identify and tag vehicles for maintenance or grounding and ensure they are moved to the correct location.
  • Adaptability is key as you work in various weather conditions and are willing to take on additional tasks to support business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
  • Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, and be open to travel (5-10%), some of which may be by airplane.
  • The willingness to wear a company uniform and speaking other languages is a plus.

Our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers, ensuring premium service directly to them through various channels. This means advice and sales in exchange and responsibility for the rental process of our premium fleet.
