Essential Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years of experience in safety within the construction industry
2. Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
3. Certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) is preferred
4. In-depth understanding of safety regulations and incident response
5. Skilled in using safety inspection tools
6. Strong communication and analytical skills
7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
8. Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities
