About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Safety Specialist with a strong background in construction safety management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of ensuring a safe working environment for employees and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and investigations to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on safety best practices and procedures.
- Monitor and report on safety metrics and trends to inform business decisions.
