We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Project Manager. The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid history of effectively planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and the highest quality outcomes. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the five critical phases of the project: preconstruction, job cost management, construction, project turnover, and post-construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all facets of construction project oversight, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to ensure project timelines and milestones are achieved.
  • Conduct regular site evaluations to assess progress, ensure compliance with safety standards, and address any emerging issues.
  • Engage in effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver project reports, including cost assessments, budgets, and timelines, to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards across all projects.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the multi-family construction sector, focusing on multi-building projects valued between $10MM and $60MM.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a keen attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
