Job OverviewWe are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Corporate Events Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the event planning team, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. Your responsibilities will include logistical arrangements, guest management, and ensuring seamless operations from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the planning and execution of corporate events, meeting client expectations and requirements.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
- Maintain event schedules and timelines to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and event staff to confirm details and ensure coordination.
- Assist with on-site event setup and breakdown.
- Handle guest registrations and provide customer service during events.
- Provide administrative support, including managing event-related paperwork and documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
- A competitive salary ranging from $46,000 to $63,000 per year.
