Executive Coordinator

As an Operations Assistant at TMZ Events, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our executives and ensuring seamless daily operations. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
About the JobWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a passionate team and contribute to delivering exceptional experiences. You will be responsible for managing executive schedules, coordinating events, and maintaining effective communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and organize executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing materials and presentations for meetings and events.
- Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue bookings, catering, and transportation.
- Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making and project management.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- A competitive salary of $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
