We are a dynamic company seeking an HR Generalist to support our growing team. This role will involve assisting with various administrative tasks, recruitment efforts, employee relations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and training arrangements.
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Support maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR role, with exposure to various HR functions
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
Compensation: $20.00-$22.00/hour, part-time position, 24 hours per week
