About the Role

Lawnst ard is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to lead our HR efforts in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and training.

The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Administer all company benefit programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support to employees and supervisors on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Five or more years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Two or more years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a manufacturing environment using ATS and job boards.

Estimated Salary: $65,000-$75,000 per year.
